| Hey Everybody! I've updated. I know...H-E-double hockey sticks must
have frozen over in order for this to have happened, but apparently it
did.
I just spent most of my afternoon and night hanging out with my best
bud, Anna. It was fun. We watched movies...one which was sick and weird
and one that was sweet and funny. And we ate good food and
unfortunately did some homework. All in all, I had fun.
Well, as disappointing as it might sound, I'm signing off. I'm tired,
and I have church in the morning. So...until next year...just
kidding... I think...

| Wow...it's be for-ev-er since I updated this.
Anywho, life's been pretty crazy lately. I've decided to be a math major with a concentration on secondary education. But I really need to get going on that; I sign up for classes the beginning of next week.
My boyfriend is pledging to a society on campus, and this week is the last week of six. He's been getting next to no sleep for almost that long, and it's been rough. I'll be happy when it's over.
My birthday was a couple of weeks ago, and it was great. I got a digital camera, clothes, a puzzle, some music, and it was great.
Oh, I just set up a flickr account, so you can look at all my pretty pictures, or maybe less than pretty pictures. The website is http://www.flickr.com.photos/snappychristina/ so go check it out!
And a quote:
She's out of our hair...just when I dare to care...she said "Au Contrair, you're my pair...a friend..." (quivering lip)

| Hi!
It's been a while since I've updated, but so what.
Anyways, life has been a little crazy lately. I moved to Dallas about a month ago, and shortly after that, my mom got sick and has had to spend several nights at the hospital. The doctors at first weren't sure what was wrong, but today she had surgery, and they found many adhesions that were causing problems. So hopefully, all is well now.
I'm back at school right now, preparing to be chaplin of my floor. It's nice being back, but it is definitely a little weird, because everyone's not back yet, especially a certain someone. But I have been able to catch up with some of my other friends, and I've really enjoyed that.
Well, those are the major things that are going on in my life. Not all that exciting, but I never claimed my life to be. So there!
But I can't forget my tradition so here goes:
"My baby...all grown up...and saving China. Do you have a tissue?"

| I'm back! Isn't this exciting!
Well, I've started a new book called The Screwtape Letters, and you should definitely check it out. It is a major eye opener. And it's a short read, so it's not a huge burden.
I've also been working on a puzzle. It's a panoramic picture of the Manhattan skyline, and it's very pretty. The only problem is that it's an old puzzle, so some of the pieces, I fear, may be missing. But I guess I'll find out in a day or so. My little brother and I are working on it.
Well, there's not all that much to report today, except that my dad is coming home today. That's exciting. He works up in Dallas and, because of that, can only come home on the weekends. So, weekends are good around here.
Catch ya later!

| Hey look! I'm updating it two days in a row! I must be sick or something.
But anyways, today I finished that book I was reading, The Hiding Place. It's a really great book about a Christian who helped Jews hid from the Nazis. Her story is amazing. I am especially awed at her sister's, Betsie's, attitude through the whole ordeal. Her constant God-sent joy was something that I really admire and desire for myself. So if you want a good read, try that book.
Well, other than that, I did some researching on some ministries that you can do to further God's kingdom. With the Prison Fellowship Ministry, you can be pen pals with someone who's in prison. I thought that was a great idea. I mean, how hard is it to write a letter, and to be able to touch someone's life who so desperately needs to hear the great news of Jesus. It just sounds great to me. I plan on doing it. If you want information about it, you can go to their website: http://www.pfm.org. The link for information about being a pen pal is under the heading Make a Difference found on the left side of the web page.
There are many more ministries, and as I find particularly interesting ones, I'll be sure to highlight it.
So, I think I'll call it a day, well...at least for this thing. But not with out this:
"Does the term cruel and unusual punishment mean anything to you?"
